This Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to CONVIO Meetings, CONVIO Cloud, and the convio.in website (collectively, the “Services”). CONVIO is a brand owned and operated by Tensai Computers Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer.
1. General Information Only
All information, software, features, and content provided through the Services are offered for general informational and operational purposes only. While CONVIO strives for accuracy and reliability, no representations or warranties are made regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
2. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Users should seek independent professional advice before relying on any information provided by CONVIO.
3. Information We Collect
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. CONVIO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability at any specific time. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may result in temporary service interruptions.
4. Meetings, Recordings & User Content
CONVIO does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for user-generated content, communications, or meeting conduct.
Users are solely responsible for obtaining legally required consent for meeting recordings, monitoring, or data sharing.
CONVIO shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from meetings, recordings, or shared content.
Meeting Recordings, if enabled, will be available for a maximum period of seventy-two (72) Hours from the Date and Time of Recording. Users are solely responsible for Downloading or Securing their Recordings within this 72-Hour window.
If Recordings are not Downloaded within this period, post they may be automatically Archived or Deleted. CONVIO, its Affiliates, Employees, Officers, or Directors shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, deletion, or unavailability of Recordings after the expiry of the 72-hour window.
5. Cloud Data & Backups
Users are responsible for managing, securing, and backing up their data unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CONVIO is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from user actions, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, software, or tools. Such third-party services are provided without warranties or endorsement. CONVIO is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
7. Security Disclaimer
While CONVIO implements reasonable security practices, no system is completely secure. CONVIO does not guarantee absolute security of data or systems and disclaims liability for breaches caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including cyberattacks, user negligence, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
CONVIO and Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Any liability, if established, shall be subject to the limitations set out in the CONVIO Terms and Conditions.
