STEP 1: Copy Recording Link from the Chat Box Sent while in Meeting when Recording is initiated.
STEP 2: Visit https://convio.in/get-recording
STEP 3: Paste the Recording Link in “Direct Download” section and Click “Download Recording” Button
GROWTH / POWER / PROFESSIONAL / BUSINESS Plan Users
STEP 1: Copy Recording Link from the Chat Box Sent while in Meeting when Recording is initiated.
STEP 2: Visit https://cloud.convio.in/apps/ncdownloader
STEP 3: Paste the Recording Link in “Paste your HTTP / Magnet Link here” section and Click “Download” Button.
*You can view the Downloaded Recording in your designated folder, usually “Downloads”
Kindly Note: The Recording Link will be available only 72 Hours from the Date and Time of Recording for Download and the Recording File(s) will be archived Post 72 Hours.
