This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made for CONVIO Meetings, CONVIO Cloud, and services offered via convio.in. CONVIO is a brand owned and operated by Tensai Computers Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.


By purchasing or subscribing to CONVIO services, you expressly agree to this Policy.


 

1. No Refund Policy

 

All payments made to CONVIO are final and non-refundable.


CONVIO does not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges for:

  • Subscriptions (monthly, annual, or otherwise)

  • Partial usage or unused subscription periods

  • Downgrades or plan changes

  • Account termination or suspension

  • Change of mind or business requirements


Once a service is activated, accessed, or provisioned, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.



2. Subscription Cancellation


  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account or official support channels.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles only.

  • No refunds will be provided for the current or past billing period.

  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the active billing term, unless terminated earlier due to policy violations.



3. Free Trials (If Applicable) 


  • Any free trial offered by CONVIO is provided solely at CONVIO’s discretion.

  • Users must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

  • Charges incurred after trial expiry are non-refundable.



4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks


  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid grounds may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  • CONVIO reserves the right to recover outstanding dues, chargeback fees, and administrative costs.



5. Taxes & GST


  • All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), once charged and paid, are non-refundable.

  • GST input tax credit shall not be applicable for customers located outside India.



6. Service Availability & Changes


CONVIO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or plan without obligation to issue refunds.



7. Exceptions


Refunds shall be issued only if expressly required by applicable law. No other exceptions shall apply.



8. Policy Updates


CONVIO reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of CONVIO services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
